Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zippa VPN browser extension, websites, and related services (together, the “Service”) provided by Zippa VPN (“Zippa,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Zippa

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use Zippa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly at team@zippavpn.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

Zippa is a privacy and access tool. You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe others’ rights;
• send spam, distribute malware, or launch attacks such as hacking, port scanning, or denial-of-service;
• engage in fraud, phishing, or unauthorized access to any system or account;
• distribute or access child sexual abuse material or other clearly illegal content;
• resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service beyond your plan’s device limits;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. Because we keep a strict no-logs policy, enforcement is based on infrastructure signals and reports — not on monitoring your browsing.

5. Free and Premium plans

• Free includes 4 locations at standard speed and one device, at no cost.
• Premium unlocks all 10+ locations, full unthrottled speed, Smart Settings (per-site routing), and up to 5 simultaneous devices.

Features and locations may change as we improve and expand the network.

6. Subscriptions, trial, and billing

• Pricing. Premium is $7.99 per month or $25 per year (about $2.08/month). Taxes may apply based on your location.
• Free trial. New subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Payments. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again.

7. Refunds

The 7-day free trial lets you evaluate Premium before paying. Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If something has gone wrong, contact team@zippavpn.com — we’ll do our best to make it right.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content, is owned by Zippa or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own lawful use in line with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep Zippa fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Networks, servers, and third parties can fail. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for complying with the laws and third-party terms that apply to your use.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zippa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zippa harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Zippa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as payment, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction to be completed], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
